Recognized Wildlife Habitat

Our little patch of land in Spokane, Washington is recognized as wildlife habitat through both the National Wildlife Federation’s Certified Wildlife Habitat® program and Washington’s Habitat at Home program.

Through small acts of care—planting, providing water, protecting shelter, and making room for wildlife—we are creating a place where nature can thrive.

From pollinators and birds to berries, evergreens, and native plants, each season brings new visitors, new discoveries, and new opportunities to notice, care for, and connect with the natural world.

This habitat is still growing, and so are we.

Rooted in the same spirit found throughout Paisley’s Wish, Maple Prairie Habitat is a reminder that when we care for something, we become part of its story.
